Mindfulness is a skill and like any other skill it takes practice. Research shows greater benefit is derived from training and practice. There are so many different ways to practice. Look for opportunities that work with your life and work schedule. I don’t endorse any one program, class, or book over another, but I do encourage you to keep trying until you find something that works for you. There are some free exercises below and check out this list of more resources.
